Are we ready for war?

Are we ready for war?  The scene is set, the way is prepared, the writing is on the wall:

 

In the same hour came forth fingers of a man’s hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaster of the wall of the king’s palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote. (Daniel 5 :5)

For those who are watching, there has been a steady progression, for months, for a year, for many years.  This war is not going to be another Afghanistan or another Iraq – tragic but of little consequence to those who live at any distance from the battle zone and its local spin-off.  Those “interventions” were just preparation for the war to come.

If, tomorrow, an attack is made on Iran and if, in the next day or so, the Muslim Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is destroyed, be in no doubt.  This is the ‘Big One’.

As I have stated in my past several posts, twenty years ago, 12 September 1992, George Bush Snr made an announcement of a coming New World Order. The first two public announcements, both made on September 11 of 1990 and 1991 respectively, gave us the date for the attack on America’s World Trade Centre and the Pentagon.  I suggest that the last date was equally significant.

We have seen in these past months, various bellicose statements made towards Iran.  The prospective strike against her nuclear power installations has been no secret, but the build-up of warships in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Gulf have been underplayed by the media.

We have also witnessed the destabilising of the Islamic world in recent months, necessitating the intervention of Western troops.  Heads of state have been ousted or killed, governments have fallen.  At the same time, the man and woman in the street has been given a voice – seemingly a true “Arab Spring”.   But then, injected with an anti-Islamic film and cartoons of the Prophet Muhammed from various quarters, indignation has been raised to fever pitch.  One more destabilising factor is likely to be thrown into this mix in the very near future – the razing of the Dome of the Rock.  This will bring Islam out onto the streets in almost every country in the world in rage such as we have never before experienced.

The hype of Islamic fervour is intentional.  They will be used to add mayhem to the chaos of the Middle Eastern war and the instability of the economy.  The motive of the men behind the scenes?  To succeed where the Napoleons and Hitlers of this world have tried and failed.  Unscrupulous men and women have carefully plotted against society for their own purposes – to institute a form of economic slavery under which they can control mankind for their own wealth and pleasure.  If there is a new world order, there will be a single leader who will arrive on the scene as a peacemaker when things are at their most desperate.  He will not be a benign leader – the web of deception is tightening.

We have been warned.  The worst is yet to come…
